Forward-looking Rathbone East becomes the first ever residential scheme to secure a WiredScore rating

Rathbone logo aRathbone East in London’s Canning Town has become the first ever residential building to achieve a WiredScore certification. It was awarded a Silver rating under the new residential certification by WiredScore, the internationally recognised real estate rating scheme for digital connectivity.

The WiredScore Silver rating reflects Rathbone East’s excellent connectivity and reliable infrastructure. It demonstrates that LaSalle Investment Management have committed to future proofing the building and have invested in the underlying digital infrastructure. As a result, Rathbone East provides reliable, consistent connectivity and mobile signal across the site, providing renting customers with a seamless digital experience.

Rathbone East provides a new standard of renting with a dedicated, site based, Resident Services Manager, a high tech parcel collection service and a beautifully landscaped private courtyard garden.

The dedicated on site Resident Services Manager is present solely for the occupants of Rathbone East and there is a strong community spirit through the use of customer only events as well as regular newsletters and initiatives, including the most recent silver WiredScore rating.

Launched in May 2019, WiredScore Home currently has over 5,000 homes committed to certification with the likes of Argent, LaSalle Investment Management, L&G, Patrizia and Long Harbour amongst others. It is the first digital connectivity rating scheme for the Build to Rent market.
